Non Personalised Items

For all our non personalised products you have 28 days from receipt to get in touch if you wish to return or exchange an item

Please Note: The customer is liable for the postage costs to return a product and is not entitled to a refund on the initial postage cost incurred (if applicable) to deliver the item.

Personalised Items

Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.

Faulty / Damaged Items

We try to make sure every item reaches you in perfect condition. If this, unfortunately, is not the case and the item is damaged or faulty we will either offer a replacement or refund. Please message us using the contact form if this is the case
